Michelle currently serves as President of the Mile High GIA Alumni Association. She also serves on the board of the Rocky Mountain Jeweler's Association and is a member of the Woman's Jewelry Association. JewelryImpressions.com is a corporate member of Realities For Children, an organization dedicated to generating funds for abused and neglected children.

About Michelle Rahm, President, QMB, Inc. & Graduate Gemologist

After seven years in corporate management, Michelle decided she needed a change. She founded her first Internet business in 1997, becoming a pioneer in online business and a recognized expert in credit card fraud prevention. The Company established JewelryImpressions.com, as a division of QMB in 1999, and EngravingShop.com in 2003.

Michelle holds a Graduate Gemologist Diploma, Graduate Diamonds Diploma and Graduate Colored Stones Diploma through the Gemological Institute of America's distance education program.

Rahm has spoken to a number of groups, written articles and been an interview subject for a number of leading trade, Internet and media outlets, including InStore magazine, the Denver Post, Life & Style Weekly magazine, NBC's Dateline, and others.

Rahm grew up in Dubuque, Iowa. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Platteville, where she earned a bachelor's degree in business administration, with emphases in marketing and management and a minor in Spanish. She was honored by UWP as an outstanding business alumnus of its College of Business, Industry, Life Science and Agriculture in 2003. Michelle is currently working with her alma mater to establish an e-commerce curriculum at the school.

Michelle has a 15-year-old son, Joshua, and in her spare time she enjoys playing golf, watching movies, skiing, gardening, watching football, entertaining, traveling and health and fitness.

About A.J. MacNeill, Customer & Vendor Relations

A.J. MacNeill, Customer Service Supervisor for JewelryImpressions.com, has been with the company since early 2003. She completed her bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems and Management via a distance-learning program with Metro State College of Denver in 2004. She plans to pursue a master's degree after completing her current program.

MacNeill recently married. She and her husband, Garland, and his two children enjoy the outdoors, including skiing, swimming, hiking, upland bird hunting with their dogs, as well as music and dancing.

About Alison Mader, Graduate Gemologist, Sales Consultant

Alison is the most recent addition to our team. Her extensive knowledge in Gemology and outgoing personality make her the perfect fit for our diamond and gemstone sales department.

Alison earned her Bachelor’s degree in Public Speaking and English in 1986. After deciding she needed a change, Alison earned a Graduate Gemologist diploma from the Gemological Institute of America. She spent 11 years working at the GIA, first as a diamond grader and most recently as an instructor for GIA’s Education Department. She joined our team in April 2006.

Alison loves the outdoors. She spent several years working as a wilderness ranger, ski patrol and backcountry guide. In her free time Alison teaches yoga, raises Oldenburg horses and spends time with her daughter Emma, 12.
